Refund policy

Harris must be sent back within 48hrs of delivery and hair will be inspected 

Returns of hair will only be acceptable if lace has not been cut off and showing any signs of usage and perfume or makeup ETC.

If you choose refund we do not refund delivery fee

Hairs an installment can be swapped with hair of equal price of the original placed order or more only

Terminating an installment plan before or after the due date will result in a 18% deduction from the amount initially paid with the remaining payments being refunded to the affected client within 14days
